The program then continued with a musical recital by students of&nbsp;Bilkent&nbsp;Music Preparatory High School. The panel was moderated by Prof.&nbsp;Ba\u015fak&nbsp;Baysal, Dean of the Faculty of Law, with Prof. Osman&nbsp;Berat&nbsp;G\u00fcrzumar&nbsp;from the Faculty of Law and Assoc.
