The tenth edition of the \u201cTurkish Writers at Bilkent\u201d series was held on April 9, at the Library Art Gallery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The conversation featured Sezin Romi, director of the Salt Library and Archives, and writer, educator and curator Vas\u0131f Kortun. The event focused on the book \u201cHow Did We Get Here: Reading Vas\u0131f Kortun,\u201d which features an in-depth conversation between Romi and Kortun and explores Kortun\u2019s artistic and intellectual creative processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Kortun touched upon the pedagogical approach he adopted during his teaching at the Department of Graphic Design at Bilkent University\u2019s Faculty of Fine Arts, Design and Architecture between 1990 and 1992. He also discussed the contributions Bilkent Library has made to teaching and research processes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
