The two-day intensive program was designed to offer participants a closer look at the diverse operational units within a leading academic library.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the program, selected students explored core departments, including Technical Services, User and Access, Automation and Administrative and Institutional Communication. The schedule featured a variety of practical activities, from creating bibliographic records and simulating acquisition processes to experiencing digitalization workflows and engaging in user and access services. Participants also had the opportunity to observe internal workflows and learn about the library\u2019s latest innovative projects. In addition to hands-on experience, the program provided a platform for direct interaction with professional librarians, offering valuable mentorship and discussions on career planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to its existing internship and part-time student employment programs, the library plans to establish the program as a regularly scheduled initiative.
