The cooperation covers five fields: law, political science, information and communication, economics and management. The agreements are the result of the contacts and friendship the two universities have built since June 2025. The agreements were signed on behalf of Universit\u00e9 Paris-Panth\u00e9on-Assas by Prof. Emmanuelle Chevreau, Vice-President for International Affairs, and on behalf of Bilkent by Rector Orhan Ayt\u00fcr. Bilkent\u2019s vice rectors and the deans of its faculties attended the ceremony, as did Gilles Roulland, Counselor for Cooperation and Cultural Action and Director General of the French Institute.
