What do you like best about Turkey?<\/strong>
I like the nature and the very strong willingness people have to help each other.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Are there any similarities between Turkey and your home country?<\/strong>
I think the weather between Hamburg and Ankara is quite similar, except for the extreme temperature differences between day and night in Ankara.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What will you miss most about Bilkent\/Turkey?<\/strong>
At Bilkent I will miss the Erasmus students. It is so nice that we come from different countries, and I believe that is what makes the school so versatile. Overall, I will miss the call to prayer from the mosques in Turkey the most since I do not have that option in Germany.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your favorite place on campus, and why?<\/strong>
The benches in front of Bilka. From there you have a very nice view of the city and of the mountains opposite during the day and at night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s your favorite Turkish food and\/or favorite part of Turkish culture?<\/strong>
My favorite food is kuru fasulye because it is very healthy. Since I am a vegan, it is also an important source of protein for me.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Where do you expect to see yourself 10 years from now?<\/strong>
This is an interesting question! I see myself having a family and living with them in \u0130stanbul. I would like to spend a lot of time with my parents, children and wife exploring the world. Furthermore, I see myself as a multi-entrepreneur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s the hardest challenge you\u2019ve handled in Turkey?<\/strong>
I had slight difficulties communicating in English for the first few weeks as it was not routine for me to communicate in English. As the semester progressed, I have become better, from daily talks with students, the classes and going to the cinema.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What places have you visited in Turkey, and which one is your favorite?<\/strong>
I have visited \u0130stanbul, Fethiye, Alanya, Kastamonu and Erciyes Mountain near Kayseri. For me, all places are beautiful and I cannot choose a favorite. However, I particularly liked skiing Erciyes Mountain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What\u2019s an interesting question or comment you hear frequently at Bilkent\/in Turkey?<\/strong>
I am often asked what life is like in Germany. Another question is whether I prefer Turkey or Germany because I grew up with both cultures.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
