Participants can do, at most, two different activities in one day. They will receive five points for each activity every day that they are accomplished.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students taking GE250\u2013251 who collect points in the challenge will receive points as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 30 GE points for 60 Fitness Challenge points&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 40 GE points for 80 Fitness Challenge points&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 50 GE points for 100 Fitness Challenge points&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 60 GE points for 120 Fitness Challenge points&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Activities include&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cycling (30 minutes)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Stepper (15 minutes) and cycling (15 minutes)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Cross-training (30 minutes)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 Treadmill running (30 minutes)&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 One set of strength training station exercises&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information please call <strong>ext. 1993<\/strong> or email to <strong>spor@bilkent.edu.tr&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The \u201cSports as a Way of Life\u201d Fitness Challenge, held at the Dormitories Main and East Sports Halls, will run October 30 \u2013 November 26 and is open to all students.&nbsp; Participants are to work out at least two and at most five times per week.
