A new play, \u201c4 by Tenn,\u201d premiered on December 8 in the Faculty of Music and Performing Arts Theater Hall. \u201c4 by Tenn\u201d consisting of \u201cThe Pink Bedroom,\u201d \u201cThe Lady of Larkspur Lotion,\u201d \u201cTalk to Me Like the Rain and Let Me Listen\u201d and \u201cMister Paradise,\u201d all short plays written by Tennessee Williams, is based on his well-known themes of betrayal, separateness, despair and separation from society. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Directed by Jason Hale, the production is staged by the Department of Performing Arts students as a senior project. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Berkay \u015eekerci is the assistant director, and cast members are Asl\u0131 Bilge, Orkan Ayd\u0131n, Ya\u011fmur \u015een, Ay\u015fe Ya\u011fmur Ba\u015fak, Elif \u00d6zkara, Berfin Tosuner, \u0130lker \u015eeng\u00fcl and Berkay \u015eekerci (guest actor). Set design is by \u00d6zlem Gezgin, with translation by the senior class and lighting by Y\u0131lmaz Ertekin. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The play will be performed in Turkish with English subtitles.
