As well as being an art of living, it teaches people how to be in harmony with themselves and nature. It is also a moving meditation technique and a wisdom teaching. For this reason, it can also be called \u201cwisdom transformed into movement.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tai Chi demonstrates the harmony of mutual forces and teaches harmony with flow and freedom from physical limitations. The aim of Tai Chi is not to force the normal state but to achieve harmony with existence.
