This year\u2019s theme was \u201cHope and Search for Meaning.\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On Monday, February 5, Dr. Tufan K\u0131ymaz gave a talk on the philosophy of hope. Dr. Sel\u00e7uk Aslan, psychiatrist, then presented on the self-compassionate approach to hopelessness, with moderation by Irmak Tu\u011fcu, clinical psychologist. On Tuesday, a panel took place on the social aspects of meaning and hope, moderated by Dr. Arma\u011fan Ate\u015fkan. Clinical psychologists G\u00f6ksu G\u00fclp\u0131nar Ye\u015filda\u011f, Meltem Can Atay Ayta\u00e7 and Asl\u0131han Koyuncu shared insights on romantic relationships, friendships and managing loneliness, respectively.
