The challenge is open to all students, academic and staff members, their families and graduates and their families.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To receive points, participants must swim at least 30 minutes at least two and at most five times a week during the four-week period.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students taking GE 250\/251 will receive points for the course as follows:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 30 GE points for 60 Swim Challenge points.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 40 GE points for 80 Swim Challenge points.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 50 GE points for 100 Swim Challenge points&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2022 60 GE points for 120 Swim Challenge points.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Participants must inform the lifeguard of their participation each time they come to the pool.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Registration: All Sports Halls&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more information please call <strong>ext. 1993.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The \u201cSports as a Way of Life\u201d swim challenge, held at the Dormitories Sports Hall\/Swimming Pool, will run March 11 \u2013 April 7 for men and April 21 for women.
