I am immensely grateful for the people in my life whom I can call family. I deeply appreciate the friendships and guidance I\u2019ve found at Bilkent. <\/p>\n\n\n\n What will you miss most about Bilkent\/T\u00fcrkiye? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What I\u2019ll miss most about Bilkent are the late evening conversations where we delve into our lives and dreams and the all-nighters with my friends as we strive together towards our academic goals. These moments are where some of my fondest memories were created. <\/p>\n\n\n\n What\u2019s your favorite place on campus, and why? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n My sanctuary on campus lies within the SA\/SB\/UNAM area, where I\u2019ve spent hours studying, connecting with friends and envisioning my future. It is most beautiful in late spring. <\/p>\n\n\n\n What\u2019s your favorite Turkish food and why? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n While Ankara tava has always been a favorite dish of mine, it\u2019s ku\u015fba\u015f\u0131l\u0131 pide with tereya\u011f on top that has truly won my heart with its rich and comforting flavor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n Where do you expect to see yourself 10 years from now? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I envision myself as a successful scientist delving into the intricate details of evolutionary neurobiology and neurodegenerative diseases, driven by a passion for discovery. <\/p>\n\n\n\n What\u2019s one thing you learned from Turkish culture? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n One profound lesson I\u2019ve learned from Turkish culture is the deep respect for Mustafa Kemal Atat\u00fcrk. Despite not being Turkish myself, I am deeply inspired by his visionary ideas and the impact they\u2019ve had on shaping T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s identity, particularly his advocacy for education and women\u2019s rights. <\/p>\n\n\n\n What places have you visited in T\u00fcrkiye, and which one is your favorite? <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n I\u2019ve had the privilege of exploring various beautiful destinations in Turkey, from the natural wonders of Pamukkale to the vibrant and picturesque cities of Konya, \u0130zmir, \u0130stanbul and Antalya. Among them, Alanya holds a special place in my heart.
