I moved to \u0130stanbul during high school from Dubai, where we didn\u2019t see much greenery or nature, so it immediately stood out to me.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What do you like best about Bilkent and T\u00fcrkiye?<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I love how authentic T\u00fcrkiye feels. You get to meet people from so many different backgrounds, each with unique stories. It really opened my eyes to new experiences and perspectives.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Are there any similarities between T\u00fcrkiye and your home country?<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019d say the hospitality is very similar to Saudi Arabia, and many words in the languages overlap. The hustle and bustle of \u0130stanbul also remind me a lot of my home in China.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What will you miss most about Bilkent\/T\u00fcrkiye?<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ll definitely miss the friends I\u2019ve made in high school and university. The people and memories are what make this experience truly special.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s your favorite place on campus, and why?<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>My favorite place on campus is Bilka Hill. It\u2019s quiet and peaceful at night.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s your favorite Turkish food and why?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Desti Kebab is one of my favorites. I love the moment when they crack open the pottery to reveal the tender, flavorful meat inside. It\u2019s one of the most delicious and unique dishes I\u2019ve tried.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Where do you expect to see yourself 10 years from now?&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Retired.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What&#8217;s one thing you learned from Turkish culture?&nbsp;<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve learned how kind and hospitable people in T\u00fcrkiye are. For example, my neighbor cooks for me every other week purely out of the kindness of her heart.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>What places have you visited in T\u00fcrkiye, and which one is your favorite?<\/strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019ve visited \u0130stanbul, \u0130zmir, Bodrum, Cappadocia, Bolu and Fethiye.
