As part of the International Cuisines course (THM 323) instructed by lecturer Elif Denizci, Czech Cuisine Week was held on November 13 at Le Piment Rouge Practice Restaurant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event was carried out with the contribution of Bar\u0131\u015f Ak, instructor of the Food Production Techniques course (THM 244). Czech Erasmus exchange students Matej Brad\u00e1c and Anita Borutov\u00e1, currently enrolled in the Department of Tourism and Hotel Management, also participated in the event. They contributed to the development of the menu as part of the preparation process.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the event, traditional Czech dishes were served to guests of Le Piment Rouge by Instructor Ali \u00dcnal, lecturer of the Restaurant Service course (THM 246), together with his service students.
