Financing Agreements in a Changing World,\u201d a program held annually in memory of Prof. Rona Serozan as part of the conference series organized by the Rona Serozan Comparative Law Research Foundation, took place on November 28 at Bilkent.
The event began with opening remarks by Attorney Fuat Topdemir, President of the Rona Serozan Comparative Law Research Foundation; Prof. Ba\u015fak Baysal, Dean of the Faculty of Law; and Rector Prof. K\u00fcr\u015fat Aydo\u011fan. The keynote speech was presented by Prof. Orkun Akseli of the University of Manchester.

The conference was made up of five sessions that were chaired by Prof. Baki \u0130lkay Engin (\u0130stanbul University), Prof. Vedat Buz (Bilkent University), Prof. Veliye Yanl\u0131 (\u0130stanbul Bilgi University), Prof. Murat \u0130nceo\u011flu (\u0130stanbul Bilgi University) and Prof. Ye\u015fim M. Atamer (University of Zurich). In each session, speakers from various universities and institutions presented their work related to financing agreements.
The conference concluded with closing remarks and a general evaluation, delivered by Prof. Dr. Ye\u015fim M. Atamer.
