This prestigious grant, offered by the International Centre for Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology (ICGEB), supports early-career scientists returning to their home countries to establish independent research programs and pursue high-impact scientific projects. Dr. T\u00fcrker\u2019s project focuses on investigating the neuronal membrane proteasome (NMP), a protein degradation mechanism implicated in the onset and progression of Huntington\u2019s disease.
