Since 2006, the Bilkent University Industrial Engineering Operational Research Club has organized Gen\u00e7 AKADEM\u0130 under the slogan \u201cT\u00fcrkiye\u2019s University Gathering.\u201d The event brought together more than 1,600 students from 90 universities across T\u00fcrkiye once again this year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
For two days, leaders from business, arts, politics, sports and media met with students through engaging seminars, interactive workshops and inspiring discussions. Through these sessions, \u201ctoday\u2019s leaders\u201d connected with \u201ctomorrow\u2019s leaders,\u201d continuing the long tradition of fostering insight and opportunity for university students.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The event aims to support students searching for direction in their careers or feeling worried about their futures by introducing them to inspiring leaders from T\u00fcrkiye\u2019s top companies and institutions. Participants were offered a meaningful academic and social experience that broadened their perspectives and enriched their professional outlook.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The 21st Gen\u00e7 AKADEM\u0130 was held on December 13\u201314, 2025, at TED Ankara Koleji Ata Sahne in Ankara.
