“Sports as a Way of Life” Cardio Week 

“Cardio week,” organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center as part of “Sports as a Way of Life,” was held on October 17–19 with the participation of about 20 people.  Participants performed rowing, cycling and treadmill exercises on different days.
