Prof. Mustafa Pultar, founding General Director of the Bilkent University Laboratory School–BLIS (1993–1998) and retired faculty member of the Department of Interior Architecture and Environmental Design at the Faculty of Art, Design and Architecture (1991–2022), passed away on September 5, 2026.
