Nearly 120 people participated in the Steps Challenge and 150 people participated in the Fit Challenge.
Participants accomplished the step activity either by walking or running 10,000 steps per day between October 30 – November 26.
During the four weeks, participants did strength and cardio training to accumulate points for the Fit Challenge.
