but I don’t know how to start,” “How can I run without getting out of breath?” “I have no sports background, can I still run?”
The Physical Education and Sports Center organizes running workouts with professional trainers for everyone.
Trainings take place every Saturday at 10 a.m. at the Stadium. All Bilkenters are invited to take part in this event.
