Julian Lupu, BSO trumpet group leader and instructor at the Department of Music, has been honored with the prestigious Order of Cultural Merit in the rank of Knight by the Romanian President, recognizing his significant cultural contributions and artistic achievements. The award was officially presented to Mr. Lupu by Mr. Ştefan Alexandru Tinca, Romania’s Ambassador to Ankara.
