Another Science Café event, “Economics for Youth,” will take place on March 11, bringing together young participants interested in understanding the dynamics of inflation and personal finance.
Asst. Prof. Burçin Kısacıkoğlu, faculty member at the Department of Economics, will deliver a talk on “Living with Inflation: How to Protect Your Purchasing Power from History to Today.” The event will explore the concept of inflation from a historical perspective and discuss practical ways individuals can safeguard their purchasing power in changing economic conditions.
The event will be held at 4 p.m. at the Çankaya Municipality Youth Center (Öğretmenler Caddesi No: 16 Çukurambar), organized in cooperation with Çankaya Municipality. The talk will be conducted in Turkish and is open to the public.
