As part of the “Sports As a Way of Life” program, the event “Blind Yoga” was held on March 24 at the Main Sports Hall with the participation of 45 students.
During the session, participants experienced a different dimension of movement by practicing with their eyes closed, shifting their focus from external stimuli to internal awareness. Guided by intuition rather than sight, they enhanced their body awareness, balance and sensory perception. The event offered a unique and immersive experience, allowing participants to reconnect with their bodies and explore movement in a more mindful and profound way.
