How often do you exercise?
I exercise four to six times a week, one to two hours a day.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
Learning to exercise regularly has made me understand how to gain habits and keep them throughout my life. Going to the Sports Hall every week has made me understand how much easier it is to promote positive habits with the right approach.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
They should avoid starting heavy. Exercise is not something that they will start and then stop when they reach their goals. It needs to be consistant to show effects. Instead of pushing themselves over their limit at the beginning days, they should focus on getting into the habit of exercising.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Health, competition and cooperation.
Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?
Sports Halls and the half-olympic swimming pool.
