Assoc. Prof. Esra Çuhadar of the Department of Political Science and Public Administration has been honored with the 20th Kadir Has Promising Scientist Award, given this year on “Peace and Justice in an Era of Conflict and Chaos.” The award was presented at a ceremony on March 21 by the Kadir Has Foundation.
Recognized for her pioneering work in dialogue and mediation, inclusive peace negotiations and the role of civil society in peacebuilding, Çuhadar has made significant contributions to academic research and international peace processes.
The Kadir Has Promising Scientist Award is given annually to young academics demonstrating exceptional potential. This year’s award highlights the growing significance of peace and justice studies in an era of global conflict.
