The Physical Education and Sports Center invites all Bilkent students to the Animal Flow and Yoga Master Class activities.
Animal Flow is ground-based movement that is made fun, challenging and effective. The system is designed to improve strength, power, flexibility, mobility and coordination for all levels of fitness enthusiasts. Whether participants work out alone, train with a professional or take part in group classes, Animal Flow has something to compliment everyone’s practice.
In yoga, participants are encouraged to concentrate on movement with the aim of balancing mind and body.
Students who take part in the event will earn points for their Sports As a Way of Life mountain groups. In addition, students taking GE 250/251 receive 10 points for the courses.
The Animal Flow event will take place on May 27 at 10:30 a.m.
The Yoga Master Class will take place on May 30 at 6 p.m. in the Outdoor Sports Facilities. Sessions are limited to 100 participants so registration is required. Students can register at any of the Sports Halls. For more information please call ext. 1993.
