The Yoga Master Class activity, meant to help with mental relaxation before final examinations, was held on Tuesday, May 30, at 6 p.m. In yoga, participants aim to focus full concentration on their physical movements with the goal of balancing mind and body.
Thirty-five people participated in the Yoga Master Class, which was organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center as part of “Sports As a Way of Life.”
Students who completed the activity received points for GE250/251.
