The Bilkent IEEE student branch organized a tour with 86 students to “Bilişim Vadisi” in Kocaeli.
Bilişim Vadisi was established in 2012 with the partnership of different institutions, such as TÜBİTAK in Kocaeli, and it hosts 272 high-technology companies with 3000 employers in total.
The event started with a breakfast and continued with a tour of Bilişim Vadisi, where big technology companies such as Aselsan, Havelsan and TOGG are incorporated.
After the Bilişim Vadisi campus tour, the event continued with a Bosphorus tour. Students from Bilkent University and Yıldız Teknik University enjoyed the Bosphorus tour, which started at Üsküdar, İstanbul.
