Designed to take place outdoors, this event is open to all Bilkent students. It challenges everyone to take at least 10,000 steps on days they have chosen to make walking or running their activity.
Participants record their total number of steps using the health app and send a picture of their daily, weekly or monthly total to spor@bilkent.edu.tr. The structure of this event allows participants to participate on the days and at the times that work best for their schedules.
Participants are to walk/run at least three and at most five times per week. They will receive five points each time they reach 10,000 steps.
• 30 GE points for 60,000 steps
• 40 GE points for 90,000 steps
• 60 GE points for 120,000 steps
