Ankara Metropolitan Municipality, Department of Cultural and Natural Properties, recently published a book titled “World Heritage of Ankara UNESCO World Heritage Sites.” The aim of the book is to draw attention to buildings and sites in the capital that are or should be included in the UNESCO World Heritage List.
The book includes references to photos by COMD chair Andreas Treske and faculty member Yusuf Akçura’s shoots from the Salt Lake as well as an article about the films COMD students produced last year for the municipality.
The book, published by the Department of Cultural and Natural Heritage in honor of the 100th anniversary of the Republic and in recognition of Ankara becoming the capital city, is available on the official website of Ankara Metropolitan Municipality at www.ankara.bel.tr and https://s.ankara.bel.tr/files/2023/10/31/e311a9ad9d326511bae4c0bac43b5624.pdf
