The ANKOSLink 2023 International Conference, organized by ANKOS (Anatolian University Libraries Consortium), took place in Antalya from November 20 to 23. The theme of this year’s conference was “Rethinking University Libraries in the 100th Anniversary of the Republic Turkey.”
Representing Bilkent University Library at the event were Semra Kesler, the Head of Electronic Resources and Serials Unit; Naile Okan, Head of User and Access Services Unit; Melek Öz, librarian and ANKOS volunteer; and Elif Öztop, librarian.
The conference covered various topics, including the impact of artificial intelligence on university libraries, changes in methods of education, research evaluation systems, the importance of consortium studies, institutional academic publishing, open science and access, and new learning platforms.
