This year, two Bilkent faculty members are recipients of Parlar Foundation Research Incentive Awards: Asst. Prof. Hamdi Dibeklioğlu (Department of Computer Engineering) and Assoc. Prof. Onur Özcan (Department of Mechanical Engineering).
