The Physical Education and Sports Center is organizing “Cardio Week” on February 19–25 as part of the “Sports as a Way of Life” program. All Bilkent students may participate in these cardio and strength exercises that can be performed readily by everyone. In this activity, which will be held at the Dormitories, Main and East Sports Halls, participants will engage in rowing exercises for 20 minutes, cycling exercises for 20 minutes or treadmill exercises for 30 minutes, all adjusted according to their physical conditions. Participants may choose the time they do their activities, alone or with a friend, but they must inform the fitness instructor before starting.

Tuesday, February 20: Rowing
Wednesday, February 21: Cycling
Thursday, February 22: Treadmill
Time: Anytime between 8:30 a.m. – 10 p.m.
Place: Dormitories, Main and East Sports Halls
Participation: All Bilkent students
Registration: All Sports Halls
GE250/251: Students taking GE 250/251 will receive five points for completing at least two activities.
