“Sports as a Way of Life’’ Tai Chi 

Organized by the Physical Education and Sports Center as part of the “Sports as a Way of Life” program, a Tai Chi event will take place on February 14 at the Main Sports Hall. 

Tai Chi is a system of practices related to martial arts of Chinese origin. As well as being an art of living, it teaches people how to be in harmony with themselves and nature. It is also a moving meditation technique and a wisdom teaching. For this reason, it can also be called “wisdom transformed into movement.” 

Tai Chi demonstrates the harmony of mutual forces and teaches harmony with flow and freedom from physical limitations. The aim of Tai Chi is not to force the normal state but to achieve harmony with existence. Tai Chi, which is the perfect harmony of mind, body and music, has scientifically demonstrated benefits. 

Everyone is welcome to come and enjoy this exercise.
