Minister of Industry and Technology Mehmet Fatih Kacır met with Bilkent students at Mithat Çoruh Auditorium on May 8, a conference organized by Medeniyet Topluluğu. In his speech titled “Türkiye’s National Technology Move,” Minister Kacır said that Turkish youth are capable and competent enough to achieve the world’s best jobs in high technology fields.
Stating that technology is the most fundamental element shaping development in a changing and developing world, Minister Kacır touched upon the innovations undertaken by the Republic of Turkey in the field of industry and technology in the last 22 years.
Minister Kacır emphasized that in a country that has made such innovations in the field of industry and technology, it is very important for its young people to focus on these fields. Minister Kacır then answered the students’ questions.
