Forget these questions and excuses: “I could do regular sports if I had someone to run with,” “I want to run but I don’t know how to start,” “How can I run without getting out of breath?” or “I have no sports background, can I still run?”
The Physical Education and Sports Center organizes running workouts with professional trainers that people can participate in regularly.
The first workout will be held on Saturday, September 28, at 10 a.m. at the Stadium. All Bilkenters are invited to the event.
