I exercise four days a week.

It has affected my life positively. It provides me a positive lifestyle that allows me to maintain my mental stability and physical health.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
All I can say is that it makes you feel physically and mentally good to exercise regularly. You will feel better and healthier than ever.

Health, fun, achievement.

I use the tennis and squash courts and Sports Halls.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
I once participated in the squash tournaments. I first learned squash while competing in the tournament.
