How often do you exercise? 

I exercise three to four times a week. 

How has regular exercise affected your life?  

It allows me to cope with the stress of academic life. It also gives me time to think and reflect on life in general. 

What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?  

Try to turn exercise into an occasion to spend quality time with old friends and make new ones. 

What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?  

Strength, mind, focus. 

Which Bilkent sports facilities do you use?  

The sports halls and the volleyball, basketball and tennis courts. 

Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?  

Yes, I have taken the Fit and Fun class.
