Bilkent University Library has launched a user satisfaction survey to provide better services to its users. The survey has been organized to improve library services and better understand user expectations.
The survey collects feedback on various topics, including the adequacy of library collections, the comfort of study areas, access to digital resources and librarians’ support. The responses will be crucial in determining the steps needed to enhance library services.
The survey is open to all Bilkent University students, academic staff and administrative personnel. Participation is anonymous, and the responses will be used solely for service quality improvement analyses.
