Lantern Parade took place on April 23. The parade started at 8 p.m. at the lawn in front of the 81st Dormitory and ended at the Atatürk Monument in Main Campus Nizamiye.
Students gathered on the lawn before the start time. The group walked through the campus, and university staff and students joined the procession along the way. The parade concluded with a moment of silence in front of the Atatürk Monument.
The event was organized by the Political Thought Club, International Relations Community, Nationalist Thought Community, Graphic Design and Typography Community, Gazete Bilkent Society, Kemalist Thought Society, Young TEMA Community, Literature Community, Astronomy Community and Music Club.
