Student Athletes Gather for Angora Cup

The second stage of the 20th Angora Cup Inter-university Sports Festival, organized by the Department of Physical Education and Sports, was held at Bilkent University. Approximately 700 students from a number of universities, including Ankara, Atılım, Başkent, Bilkent, Gazi, Hacettepe, METU, TEDU, Jandarma and SGA, participated in this special event. They competed to win the Angora Cup in four branches.
Bilkent athletes did well in the tournament, winning events and taking first, second or third place. The teams/individuals who finished at the top of the standings in each sport are listed below:
