Financing Agreements in a Changing World,” a program held annually in memory of Prof. Rona Serozan as part of the conference series organized by the Rona Serozan Comparative Law Research Foundation, took place on November 28 at Bilkent.
The event began with opening remarks by Attorney Fuat Topdemir, President of the Rona Serozan Comparative Law Research Foundation; Prof. Başak Baysal, Dean of the Faculty of Law; and Rector Prof. Kürşat Aydoğan. The keynote speech was presented by Prof. Orkun Akseli of the University of Manchester.

The conference was made up of five sessions that were chaired by Prof. Baki İlkay Engin (İstanbul University), Prof. Vedat Buz (Bilkent University), Prof. Veliye Yanlı (İstanbul Bilgi University), Prof. Murat İnceoğlu (İstanbul Bilgi University) and Prof. Yeşim M. Atamer (University of Zurich). In each session, speakers from various universities and institutions presented their work related to financing agreements.
The conference concluded with closing remarks and a general evaluation, delivered by Prof. Dr. Yeşim M. Atamer.
The event was successfully completed with the participation of faculty members, students and guests.
