StepForward 2025: Moving Toward a Brighter Future

StepForward, organized for the 10th time by the Bilkent University Management and Economics Community (MEC), was held as a career conference connecting students with senior professionals and leading companies. Speakers Cihan Girgintaş (P&G Türkiye Senior Sales Director, Distributor Operations & CC Channel), Demet Sarı (sahibinden.com Chief Sales and Customer Experience Officer), Ali Yalçın (Türkiye İş Bankası Deputy Chief Executive Officer), Ozan Acar (Trendyol Group Head of Global Affairs) and Ali Kerem Aran (Bilkent Holding Chief Financial Officer)  shared insights on their career paths, corporate cultures and internship and job opportunities. The program also featured a Turkish Airlines session on “Careers in Aviation and Becoming a Pilot.” Participants engaged directly with professionals and explored various industries.
