Bugün Bilkent Üniversitesi’nin kuruluşunun 40’ıncı yılını kutluyoruz. Prof. İhsan Doğramacı’nın önderliğinde 20 Ekim 1984’te başlayan bu yolculuğa 12.000 öğrencimiz, 34 ülkeden öğretim elemanlarımız, 30 lisans ve 59 lisansüstü programımızla dünyaca bilinen bir araştırma üniversitesi olarak devam ediyor, sayıları 60.000’e ulaşan mezunlarımızla gurur duyuyoruz.
