Prof. Alipaşa Ayas was appointed as director of the Graduate School of Education, effective May 8, 2024. Prof. Alipaşa Ayas took over the position from Prof. Orhan Arıkan.
Dr. Emre Uzun, faculty member at the Department of Industrial Engineering, head of the Bilkent University Traffic Committee since 2022, has stepped down from that position. Dr. Hande Işıl Işık Scott of the English Language Preparatory Program has been appointed the new head of the committee.
Assoc. Prof. Onur Özcan was appointed as assistant chair of the Department of Mechanical Engineering, effective January 24, 2024. Assoc. Prof. Onur Özcan took over the position from Assoc. Prof. Barbaros Çetin. Asst. Prof. Itır Göğüş was appointed as Director of Professional Programs, effective February 12, 2024.

Lecturer Jülide Akşiyote Görür was appointed as assistant chair of the Department of Communication and Design, effective December 1, 2023. Prof. Ceyhun Bulutay was appointed as chair of the Department of Physics, effective January 22, 2024. Prof. Bulutay took over the position from Prof. Mehmet Özgür Oktel.
