The 5th Bilkent Well-being Days, organized by the Psychological Counseling and Development Center and the Bilkent Teaching and Learning Support Center, will continue February 3–4, with in-person workshops and a closing talk at the C-Block Auditorium.
On February 3, a series of psychoeducation workshops will take place between 6 p.m. and 7:30 p.m., focusing on relationships, identity and communication. The program includes “Becoming ‘Us’: A Guide to Romantic Relationships” by Berfin Nur Sarıoğlu and Rana Unutmaz Erol, “Me Within the Relationship: Identity and Belonging on the Psychodrama Stage” by Göksu Gülpınar Yeşildağ and the “Nonviolent Communication Workshop” led by Öykü Eyüboğlu. Participation requires prior application.
The event will conclude on February 4 with a talk titled “Collective Trauma, Collective Healing” by Prof. Ilgın Gökler Danışman (6–7 p.m.), followed by a coffee break and free time session.
