The Accessibility Committee was established at Bilkent University on February 1, 2026, to develop and propose initiatives, suggest implementation and support coordination among relevant units to enhance the university’s social, physical and digital accessibility in line with contemporary standards.
The committee members are as follows: Prof. Başak Baysal (Law), Asst. Prof. Burçak Altay (Interior Architecture and Environmental Design), Dr. Can Birand (Graphic Design), Dr. Zeynep Şengel (Translation and Interpretation), Asst. Prof. Zahide Pamir (Psychology), Assoc. Prof. Firdevs Ulus (Industrial Engineering) and Dr. Hamdi Murat Yıldırım (Information Systems and Technologies).
