I exercise four to five times a week.
How has regular exercise affected your life?
Regular exercise helps me manage my time more effectively and increases my motivation by developing a stronger sense of responsibility. And, of course, it helps me feel healthier.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
I would suggest making sports enjoyable by exercising with friends and planning activities. Starting without pushing too hard helps maintain motivation and makes exercise a positive part of daily life.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Balance, motivation, health.
Which Bilkent sports facilities (sports halls, playing fields, tennis courts, etc.) do you use?
I generally use the Sports Halls and Stadium.

Yes, I have taken a yoga class before.
