I exercise twice a week.

Working out improves my quality of life and helps me relieve stress.
What do you suggest to those who are just taking up a sport or starting to exercise?
I advise them to make exercise and sports a part of their lives by embracing the spirit of it, without overexerting themselves and getting hurt.
What are the first three things that come to mind when you hear the word “sports”?
Passion, competitiveness, sportsmanship.
Which sports facilities do you use?
I often use the Sports Halls, tennis courts, playing fields and football pitch.
Have you taken any courses or participated in any activities?
I have participated in tennis courses. Before Bilkent University, I was playing with the İTÜ Architecture department football team. Also, I was a licensed football referee at TFF.
