On March 13, Turkish Airlines HR specialists Ali Mert Yıldızlı and Melike Taşbaşı introduced the Take-Off Cadet Program, explaining its application process, training phases and career opportunities in aviation.
Continuing the series, on March 25, A. Korhan Yüksel, director of Commerce at Mandarin Oriental Bosphorus, Istanbul, delivered an online talk titled “Entry to Director: Career Journey,” sharing his professional path and perspectives on industry challenges and trends.
